Because chocolate is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the M-Pesa number used to pay, usually within 3 working days.
